Small Firm, Global Presence
With offices in Moscow and Belgrade, Motsnyi Legal/STANDMARK has a global presence with clients from all around the world.
Founder and Partner, Igor Motsnyi, is a Russian qualified IP and IT lawyer and a trademark attorney. He worked both in-house in Russian software companies and leading US, Russian and English law firms. Igor is also a UDRP panelist at Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) and URS examiner at MFSD, Milan.
Partner and the other co-founder, Andrey Vasin, specializes in trademark prosecution and litigation and is in charge of Russian and CIS trademark practice of Motsnyi Legal/STANDMARK. Mr. Vasin worked for many years in a firm that consisted of patent and trademark attorneys in Moscow and was a head of the intellectual property department in a Russian law firm. Andrei Vasin has both engineering and law degrees.

You can catch Mr. Motsnyi in his upcoming speaking engagement on August 11th at the International Congress on Law and Technology to be held in Brazil. There, he will be talking about personal data issues in Russia.
